Jephte "Tiny" Olinga (born April 14th 1973 in Yaoundé, Cameroon) is a Canadian songwriter, actor, entrepreneur and politician. He holds a diploma in agricultural engineering, a master's degree in agro-ecology, a master's degree in international law, a diploma from the financial markets authority of Quebec (AMF), and has pursued a doctoral certificate in biology development.
