John wishes to bring democracy back to the people through the accountability of government. To John, the role of good government is to preserve and protect natural and essential rights and freedoms, not to mandate these freedoms conditional on government approval. Censorship of ideas and beliefs, segregation of society, and erosion of constitutional rights are what have made John motivated to become a candidate for the PPC this election. He believes that the divide between political and working class is growing, as is the growing calls for collectivism over individual freedoms and liberties.
