Sturgeon River—ParklandMurray MacKinnon

Murray was born in Northern Alberta, and has lived most of his life in the greater Edmonton area. As a Metis Councillor, Murray is serving in his second term with the Papaschase Cree Nation. His portfolio with the nation includes looking after Consultation, Economic Development and Legal and Land Claims. Most of his career has been in sales to Oil and Gas, Construction, Maintenance, Mining and Oilsands. He has served many years as a volunteer in his community as a coach, teacher and mentor to young people. Excited about this opportunity for himself and the possibilities it opens for coming generations, Murray joins us in the Sturgeon River—Parkland riding of Alberta.
