James is a successful entrepreneur with a diversity of experiences throughout his life, now adding politics to his list of pursuits. More recently, James founded CoinApps Tech Inc which produced the global microtransaction and remittance community project Flashcoin, and served as a member of multiple advisory teams for financial technology associations and trans-national banks and institutions in Africa.

Richmond Centre was the final remaining constituency with a vacancy for a PPC candidate in British Columbia, and when James was reached out to and asked to fill the gap, he gratefully accepted the opportunity. James’ was raised throughout the lower mainland, including Richmond, by immigrant parents who had come to Canada seeking freedom and tolerance. These virtues are close to James’ heart, and he is prepared to defend them openly, with passion and conviction, to keep these principles alive in our country.
